Learn how to meet and welcome new chapter hires to your union. 

MEET will help you comfortably:

• ·        Meet new hires.
• ·        Welcome new hires to their new job.
• ·        Introduce new hires to your local chapter union.

Why MEETing new hires important?

• ·        New member hires need PSE members to help them navigate their new workplace.
• ·        New member hires need to see how their new union is there to be of help to them.
• ·        New member hires need to know joining PSE keeps everyone’s voice in the workplace strong.

What will you learn?

• ·        How to effectively welcome new chapter hires to their new workplace.
• ·        How to comfortably talk to new hires about PSE and help them join you as a member of PSE.
• ·        How to create a new member MEET program in your chapter along with other attendees.
